* Fishing Opportunities *

Four Seasons Guide Service is dedicated to providing you with the best possible fishing experience. Therefore, both of my boats are on the trailer and ready to travel to the best opportunities for you. We literally fish from the Susquahanna Flats, the northern most part of the bay, to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, the most southern part of the Bay. We will customize a trip to your needs whether your a seasoned veteran or a beginner.

From May-November, fishing opportunities for Striper, Sea Trout, and Croaker abound in the mid-bay. Starting in late May, Flounder, Spot and Bluefish arrive in the mid-bay. The month of April is trophy catch and release at the Susquahanna Flats. If a huge Striper on light tackle or the fly is your wish then the month of April at the flats is it. Late November-December is Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel time. Large Stripers to 40+ inches are possible on light tackle and fly, launching from Kiptopeeke State Park on the beautiful eastern shore of VA. Jan-March provides great light tackle and flyfishing from one of the many warm water discharges in Chesapeake area. ie: Calvert Cliffs Nuclear power plant, Baltimore Harbor, and other warm water discharges.

Every fishing year is different, depending on weather and other influences, fishing opportunities change year to year. Four Seasons Guide Service works very hard to maintain current information and experience on the best angling opportunities the bay has to offer year round.
